Guarded town

In one of the five cities from the list in the daytime, security is set up (from 3.00 am to 23.00). Name of the city and time of arrival/departure is listed at the radio 0.
The guard exposes 4-5 checkpoints. So it is unlikely to fully cover the city, which gives the space for sneakers and doesn`t allow yawning at the end.
During security it is impossible to intercept / capture the city.
List of protectable cities: Klamath, Den, Modoc, Gecko, Redding.
Not all locations of those cities are protectable!!!!
